Yes and no! I picked the dress about 18 months before the big day and as you do, I put on about 10kg by the time my wedding came around. I had to crash diet to loose that weight for about 3 weeks before the wedding. It was still a bit tight but it fitted. I just wish I had lost another 5+ kg because the dress would have looked so much better. I also wish I had spend more time detailing and less time trying to do it on the cheep. I loved my day, but I do wish I could go back and change a few thing.

Has anyone thought about renewing their vows so they get a 2nd chance at a wedding?!

Yes, I love my dress and tried it on, on 3 seperate occasions and always got that 'wow' moment!

I've only tried on about 8 dresses in total, and for the next year I don't want to see another dress because I don't want to change my mind. I don't think I will though

Yes, I am very happy with my dress, I love it!

BUT - I DO regret not ever trying on a wedding dress...

I absolutely LOVED my gown and still do!! It was exactly "me" and I couldn't have been happier!!!

I was OVER THE MOON with my dress - it was amazing!!

It was the second dress I tried on in about 20 and I kept going back to that dress!

I had to lose 15kgs (my goal is another 10kgs by the end of the year) to fit into my dress and I used it as motivation to keep my ass moving!

When I put it on on my wedding day I couldn't speak for 10 minutes I was just speachless! It was truely breathtaking and even with my dress envy I had about others girls dresses, on the day I knew then I couldn't ever choose another one!

With your dress? I ask because I was not completely happy with mine and had doubts about it and while it looked beautiful, it was not 'the dress' and I found myself often wishing I had have spent more money/time in choosing my dress. I have spoken to a couple of other brides who felt the same. xx
