Fashion or Forever?

I’ve been flicking through Wedding Magazines for the past 12 years or so, and time and time again would bookmark my favourite gowns. The satin Ballgowns with full, fluffy skirts and cap sleeves… The A-line, tailored Wedding dresses in stiff, polished satin… The delicate lace Sheaths with their sheer trains, trimmed with pretty silk flowers. As I look back on them today I am horrified at my own taste. What I thought was perfect and beautiful at the age of 15 was a far cry from my version of demure and elegant today. So I ask the question every bride asks her self as she prepares to shop for her once in a lifetime gown… Fashion or Forever?
There’s certainly no shortage of modern gowns, with their trend-setting design and cutting-edge details. But once in a while a Designer comes along that makes you stand back and recognise true, timeless perfection. A perfection that somehow overshadows their trend-setting counterparts by combining masterful styling, ornate detailing and flattering design… Cleverly allowing each bride to become a true representation of who they are today, tomorrow and forever. A Designer we know as Priscilla of Boston.
With decades of experience in Bridal couture, this luxury designer has seen many a trend come and go but still manages to capture the essence of true bridal style. Whether your a Classic, Romantic or Glamorous bride there is a gown just perfect for you. From the latest collection you will find pieces crafted in Linen, Silk Satin, Chiffon and Crepe with details from ornate to glamorous giving each gown a personality of it’s own. I just adore the Faille Fit Gown with sculptured straps and floral detailing at the hip. It’s a perfect example of how a gown can showcase the beauty of fashion we know today with the style and sophistication that will transcend through time.
With a range to suit any taste or budget, make sure you bookmark some of Priscilla of Boston’s elegant designs the next time you flick through your bridal mags… I’m sure that in many years time you will fall in love over and over with a gown that represents the timeless and elegant bride that is you. ♥

Great dresses above, really show off the female form. I love Priscilla of Boston as well – flawless.
