Fashionista Comp Entry – Modern Jane Austen

Here’s another fabulous Fashionista For a Day entry from inventive Member Belinda. Her Modern Jane Austen look combines old-world, Victorian styling with classic, modern elements. What a romantic combination!

This stunning Clairssa Grace empire gown evokes memories of those lady-like, elegant characters that Jane Austen is so well known for. For effect Belinda has combined the look with a elegant  diamond choker, cute satin ballet flats from Panache and a tight posy of butter Garden Roses delicately trimmed with pearls and crystals. I can just imagine Emma Woodhouse or Marianne Dashwood picking wildflowers in the meadow whilst wearing this subtle and lady-like outfit.
