Fashionista Comp Entry - Pretty in Pink

Here’s another fantastic entry by style-loving Member Melanie in the Fashionista For a Day Competition. I’m loving her use of muted pinks creating a look with real feminine flair!

Melanie was inspired by this Vivienne Westwood Gown. The gown made famous by Sarah Jessica Parker in the Sex in the City movie which saw Brides from around the globe flock to have their little piece of ultimate Carrie style. Melanie’s real life selection is a slightly shorter, simplified version but still represents the epitome of Hollywood glamour. 

For her entry, Melanie has teamed the gown with pretty, Pink accessories to enhance it’s soft Rosy hue. The standout are these stunning Badgley Mischka heels with ornate, ruffle detailing. As a lover of fancy head-wear, she has also selected a Pink veiled Fascinator complete with large silk Roses and delicate feathers.
