Thanks to Member Brooke for sending in her beach inspired Wedding Day to One White Dress. I must say I am loving Aqua in weddings right now and this couple have done such a beautiful job of creating a relaxed, beach-themed occasion, featuring this vibrant colour.

Brooke and Nicholas envisioned  a calm, relaxed summer wedding and planned each component of the day to suit their theme. “We put so much time and effort into making it a day we would never forget. From the invitations to the flowers, we did it all together” Brooke said. Even the cake was designed by the couple and created by FJ Catering. The bride dressed in an Ivory strapless gown accompanied by her five bridesmaids, each wearing Aqua floor length dresses by Alfred Angelo. They carried individual posies of Frangipanis, an elegant contrast to the Brides bouquet of white Oriental Lilies from Classique Flowers.

Photographer Jason from Posh Photography used the natural surrounds to capture some amazing images of the couple on their special day. As guests soaked up the beachy atmosphere at the City Beach Function Centre, they were spoilt with grand views including that of the iconic lighthouse perched on the edge of the ocean. What a glorious backdrop for what Brooke describes as “the greatest day of our lives”. Thanks again for sharing Brooke and for giving us all a glimpse into your beautiful Wedding day. ♥
