Estee and Andrew settled on Modern Elegance as the theme for their wedding day. “Our venue, Tumbling Waters Retreat, offered the most spectacular scenery” Estee said, so their colour scheme of Black, White and Olive green was born. It is so evident in their beautiful photos taken by Vibrant Photography, the care and attention to detail taken by Estee to execute their stylish theme. Inspired by their locations breathtaking surrounds, each element of the day unified to create a spectacular result. A simple motif designed and implemented by Invitation Station become the symbol for their day and was even incorporated in the delightful cake by Faye Cahill.
The Bride was breathtaking in her strapless Ella by Essense Gown with short train and timeless, elegant style. Her bouquet, created by Always Flowers reflected the theme to the tee with a lush free-formed style and a rustic and elegant selection of freshly picked blooms.
Decor for the wedding was stylish and sophisticated just as the couple envisioned. Each reception table was adorned with Black linen and trimmed with White and Olive Green. Centrepieces consisted of natural Willow branches in simple glass vases, complete with a themed hanging table number. Cute boxed favours, the bride’s personal DIY project doubled as place-cards, “I had so much fun making them” Estee said. The concept was really allowed to take centre stage as the couple created the intimate wedding they dreamt of.
