Real Wedding - Hannah & David (part 1)

What a beautiful job I have here… Sitting typing about all that I love and being witness to so many gorgeous Real Weddings. When I first saw Hannah & David’s Wedding images I felt that excited sensation inside, that I always get when I see something truly unique… Gorgeous images of what is a stunning Wedding, combined with special, personalised touches and a reflection of two people and what they share together.
Hannah and David’s background is professional dancing. A pastime that brought them together from opposite sides of the world and a passion that transcended to their Wedding day. Their theme was not only elegant and stylish in design but also a personal one, expressing their love for dance. “Our inspiration for the theme of our Wedding was vintage music paper. We made our invitations ourselves using it and then carried this theme throughout the wedding. Paper intertwined throughout the decoration on each table and on the satin of my bouquet.” describes Hannah.
The setting was Al-Ru Farm at One Tree Hill. A gorgeous country hideaway that would play host to the couples intimate affair. “Accompanied by my Dad I walked through a rose covered archway, around the large lily pond and through the Grecian pillars towards my Groom and our guests who were seated on the lower level of the lawn area.” said Hannah. The location was detailed to perfection and guests were well catered for with relaxed pre-dinner drinks and canapes whilst playing Boccie on the lawns. Meanwhile the couple embraced their photography with a stunning array of backdrops at Al-Ru. From Pine-lined driveways, to manicured gardens and still ponds, their Photographer, Shona Henderson captured their day with sophistication and elegance.
With an intimate catered Reception set in the Al-Ru barn, there was many more surprises in store for not only their guests but for the couple later that evening.

Hannah and David’s wedding was a truly stunning affair. Hannah was a wonderful planner paying so much attention to all the little details that made their wedding so special. They were wonderful to work with caring of all who helped them on their special day having time to make everyone feel wonderful along with them. The photos are beautiful and everything has the look of a traditional and elegant wedding, even the photos seem to fit the theme.
