Real Wedding – Jennifer & Nathaniel

I’m so thrilled to be able to feature yet another stunning Real Wedding from our friends at Weddings in Tuscany. A sublime countryside affair brimming with romantic, rustic touches and trimmed with true Italian style.

Jennifer and Nathaniel chose the picturesque Chianti region for  their beautiful Tuscan celebration. An ancient stone church dating back to the Middle ages created an intimate ceremony setting as they made their commitment in front of 60 guests. The bride walked down the aisle wearing a timeless gown adorned with a classic lace-trimmed Mantilla. For a quaint and personalised touch she chose to have her three neices act as bridesmaids for the day and dressed them in dainty cornflower blue dresses. They each carried sweet bouquets of Lisianthus, Lavender, Garlic Flower, Roses and Wild Berries as if plucked from a nearby field. The reception location was a no-brainer for Jennifer and Nathaniel.  Having visited the area just outside of San Piero on holiday previously, the couple knew it was the perfect relaxed natural  setting they had imagined. The area was decorated with candles and flowers in romantic lavender, blue and white. Guests feasted on a  traditional Tuscan banquet under the stars and soaked up the amazing natural environment which surrounded them. What better way to enjoy juicy Bruscetta, vibrant Panzanella and warm Rabbit Penne whilst sipping wine from the bordering vineyard.

To attend a Wedding must have felt like a dream and the team at Weddings in Tuscany see dreams like this one come true again and again. Thank you for allowing us to witness Jennifer and Nathaniel’s beautiful celebration. Beautiful! But then, Tuscany is a favourite, with all that greenery and such beautiful wedding venues. I love the way they have personalised the event with the delicate colours and flowers, it is truly charming.
