When we think of idyllic, dream wedding locations a few are sure to take top of the list. Paris, New York, maybe Fiji and of course Lake Como in Italy. A location known for it’s exclusive residences with unsurpassed water views and the picturesque landscapes that only Italy can boast.

Lucy and Richard chose the historic Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo as the picture perfect backdrop for their wedding day. Living in England, it provided an ideal destination for their intimate nuptials. Landscaped gardens, historic buildings, masterpieces of art and lake views… All it needs it a sprinkle of confetti and you have yourself a perfect day! An small wedding of 20 guests ensured a romantic and memorable day to be had by all. Following their traditional ceremony Lucy & Richard enjoyed a leisurely tour for photos including a boat ride on the lake. The bride was a glow in her lace gown complete with silk sash and crystal brooch. She clutched a simple posy of roses topped off with a delicate veil completing her timeless look.

The couple celebrated at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo. A five star establishment which ensured the romance continued long into the night. Canapes were served on the terrace followed by a candlelit dinner in their own private dining room. An Italian feast for the eyes, for the taste buds are surely, for the heart.
