Real Wedding – Mary-jane & Phill

Thanks to Member Mary-jane for sharing her one-of-a-kind Wedding photos with all of us at One White Dress. Is is a treat to see beautiful Wedding images like these that reflect pure happiness and simply ooze fun!
On their Wedding day Mary-jane and Phill decided on a sophisticated theme of Punchy Purple and Sparkling Silver. Their colours were not only reflected in the MrK halterneck Bridesmaid dresses and vibrant Stargazer Lily Bridal bouquet, but in the little unique touches that make their day special. From their cute Bride and Groom cake topper, to the specked diamante details throughout the reception, Mary-jane set the tone for a tailored affair. The Bride even went as far as to personalise her made to measure Mimi Yazbek gown from Chloe’s Bridal with her and her Husband’s monogram.
Photographer John Benavente captured this couples day perfectly with contemporary use of backdrops and clever angles… Who would have known that rusty old steel drums would make for such great photos! After their ceremony the couple hosted their reception at the Grange Golf Club. “We had canapés and welcome cocktails and drinks on arrival, while an acoustic guitarist played in the background during dinner then a DJ kicked off after the formalities” Mary-jane describes. Their theme continued with a room lit by fairy lights and flickering candles. Vivid Purple chair sashes adorned guests seats and favours were personalised with a sweet note… “Hugs and Kisses from the new Mr & Mrs”.
