Real Wedding - Shelley & Al

Thanks so much to Shelley & Al for sharing their magical Wedding day with all of us at One White Dress. What a wonderful day this must have been for all who were present! A day filled with buckets of love, a splash of tradition and a handful of fun.
This Wedding day vision was all about incorporating unique and memorable elements and creating memories. From the 100 year old heirloom pendant for her ’something old’ to the Sixpence in her shoe, Shelley had it all covered. The ceremony was a particularly heartfelt time for this Bride. “It was truly the proudest moment of my life! I was so overcome with emotion, I didn’t think I was going to make it! We wrote our own personal vows and they included that I had 3 rings… with this ring, and this ring, and this ring, I thee wed.” Shelley said.
Both Shelley & Al’s ceremony and reception were hosted at the Beach Huts. Almost all of the guests stayed on site which made for a relaxed celebration including a casual post-Wedding brunch on the Village Green. Their beautiful photographs by Alice Bell truly reflect the cherished and fond moments this couple shared with their families and their Bridal party. Splashes of fun Fuschia Pink highlighted the affair in the Bridesmaids satin gowns and their Silk Rose bouquets by Loveflowers. Even the Brides fabulous shoes followed through on their colour theme. A theme filled with love and one that echo’s the passion and commitment this couple made on their Wedding day.
